694.280000 697.480000 Your access point shouldn't be tucked behind your TV, 697.480000 700.080000 or buried in a cabinet, or sitting on the floor 700.080000 702.360000 next to a pile of wires. 702.360000 706.520000 Instead, place it high on a shelf or mounted on a wall 706.520000 707.920000 if you can. 707.920000 712.480000 Keep it away from metal, large appliances, and thick walls. user-friendly, and show real-time channel 761.520000 764.120000 graphs and signal strength. 764.120000 769.440000 For the iOS users on iPhone or iPad, 769.440000 771.760000 Apple restricts full Wi-Fi scanning, 771.760000 774.920000 but you can still use the airport utility. 774.920000 778.400000 It's a free app from Apple, go into the app settings, 778.400000 781.640000 enable Wi-Fi scanning, and you'll get signal strength 781.640000 784.160000 and some basic data. 784.160000 787.040000 Last but not least, if you're on a Windows or Mac OS 787.040000 790.240000 machine, try NetSpot. 790.240000
